 at 6:35 AMYear two thousand ten is soon coming to an end. And here we are organizing another christmas celebration within our gang. Apart from pure celebrating the event, we took this opportunity as a gathering for us as well. Unfortunately, our peng peng still couldn't join us.. It's now her peak season for assignments. Last year, we had a awesome christmas stay over, snow at Pavilion, and what's more than SPM was over at the damn right timing. So this year, we decided to do it again! Due to the family plans some of us have, we had to brought forward our christmas plan. So, we did it a little early this time. ;) We had been planning to have turkey dinner during christmas time for god knows how many years ago. And Chef Jasumin made our dream come true this year! Not exactly turkey, but something like turkey(LOL!). She came out with a menu, and its so mouth-watering to see her lists of food she's gonna prepare that night. Here's our Chef, with a chicken. XD  That morning, we divided the job to get ingredients. Jas, leng, yan & papa went to market, while B and myself went supermarket. Luckily we went separate way, if not we wouldn't manage to reach Fairlane by noon. Once we reached, chef made us spaghetti for lunch. *winks* After lunch, some had to stuck with books while some watched movies. But guess what the chef was doing? Hahaha she was busying washing chopping chicken, veges, etc. We all got really bored soon, hence, we played cards, then camwhored, etc.  In the evening, chef started her cooking. And we did help out abit of here and there. One by one, the food were prepared. And god knows how suffered we were to nonstop inhaling the freaking good smell of food. It was like you see it, but you cannot have it. GRRRR. Dinner were prepared as soon as our boss kww arrived. We then made our way to Pavilion for the snow and pressie hunting for yan and our boss. The crowd was huge, although the so called snow is made up of soap. Haha, people were still happy snapping with the decorations around at the entrance of the mall. So did we! :) As soon as that ended, another god knows how hungry we were. Very quickly, we walked back to Fairlane and heated up the food. Guess what our chef prepared for the dinner? From garden salad to butter rice to roasted chicken to mushroom soup to mashed potatoes. Everything self-made. AND THEY TASTED LIKE BOMB I SWEAR!   No doubt we were veryy hungry, but I insisted to take a group picture first. ><  After photo session, we ate in silent. Totally silent that 'nom nom nom' is the only thing we heard. Too hungry to even say a word. We managed to finished everything very soon, including the chicken. Left everything unclean on the dining table and had our pressie exchange time! hehehe.  We had to go through so many rounds because one of us kept getting back own pressie. Last year, I got papa's friendship photo frame. This year, I got leng's candle. C: We were so hyped up by then, immediately we took a group picture again before the string spray war starts. And again, we had to take so many shots due to the lack of self control to 'revenge' and start the game.  The night then ended with the room filled with string sprays all over the curtains, the bags, the bed, the wall, and not to mention the entire floor.  The fun moment only lasted like one minute I guess. Just too fast haha. Then only we realized the mess that we've made. It's about time for some of them to leave, so papa sent them back home. The remaining of us cleaned up the mess. Kww and B swept, mopped, wiped, and even brushed the floor because it was so difficult to clean off. Apart from that, they even washed the toilet and mopped the entire house. On the other hand, I cleaned up the plates and cooking utensils. LOL, a brilliant way to digest the food that we had earlier. I would say, the celebration turned out not so bad after all. For sure this marked another good memories in each of us. Hmm, maybe next year we shall have something different. *winks* Had a great night, great dinner, great memories. I know our chef was real tired, we appreciate it! alot! Thanks Jassie and your awesome cooking! <3 4 days to christmas and very soon, new year eve will be here and here we come another awesome day to welcome a brand new year two thousand eleven! Hope you guys have a jolly christmas out there!
