Tonight I feel like writing a short one. My long sem break will be coming to an end in another week. Surprisingly I'm feeling great to be back in classes again. In fact i can't wait for classes to resume. Apart from that, I'm glad I spent two trips with family and friends respectively. Ate a number of good food and not to mention the good times I had with them. If by any chance I can tag along in the upcoming trips, then everything will be superb.

I tend to have a mixture of thinking and realization each time I work. My first part time job few years back enabled me to know how hard my parents work to support our living costs. Right now at the age of 19, I have many superb realization. Which I think is good. Looking back at my pictures, I notice my face is growing older, starting to look like a 19 years old kid. Watchu think? :)

I'll come back again in a few days. Now, bed time! Finger crossed for my timetable tomorrow.

I was in Melaka with the family for 4 days to attend Jehovah convention together with mum. The convention went on throughout the weekend from 9am till 5pm, with 1500 people present each day. No doubt that it did help me alot personally. Just when we called it a day yet, we spent all 3 nights at good food, jonker street and the mall !

Our first dinner night. Not sure bout the location but it's about 10 minutes from Melaka town. It serves a variety of seafood at very cheap price! In KL, we usually weight seafood by every 100g. But here, they weight it by every 1kg. That night we ordered prawns, fish, and crabs for five person. Guess how much is the bill including coconut rice and our drinks? :)

The next day, we intended to walk to Equatorial hotel to attend the convention since it was just a short distance. But, we got up late and ended up driving there. Here, you'll notice every car has a brochure sized parking ticket placed on their dashboard. Like ours!

Only then I know that Melaka doesn't have metered parking, they use parking ticket where we have to purchase the booklet and scrub the time & date ourselves. Every pieces of ticket worth 60sen and lasts for an hour.

This method is interesting but can be really time wasting cause we have to scrub all info (as you can see in oranges) pieces by pieces. We were already so late, yet had to make 7 pieces of this. Faint...

In the evening, we pampered ourselves with the famous cendol in town. Yum yum! Bro was dying for it and there!

He had two different bowls. Satisfaction I would say. ;)

At night, we had dinner at a cafe owned by a friend of sis's bf. A simple, small restaurant with a variety of food ranging from asian to western food. Looking through the prices you'll definitely feel affordable and worthy like we did. It is also located right behind our hotel ! :)

After dinner, we went to Jonker street as it's Friday night! Never had a chance to there during my food trip with the gang early in the year. I realized there were so many stalls selling same hair accessories and hair bun seems so popular there. I actually spotted many people had the same hairstyle at the convention the next day hahaha. The girl taught me the magic way of tying it but I thought I wouldn't really like it. Back at hotel, bro and I watched a few episodes of drama and the night was beyond satisfaction.

The following morning we managed to walk to Equatorial Hotel. It felt so great cause no pollution to the environment! We had lunch in Pahlawan Mall since it's just beside the hotel. Satisfied my cravings on tomyam that afternoon! And Chatime was having the usual grand opening promotion for their first branch of stall in Melaka! So happened we spotted it cause it was located right in front of the restaurant we dined in.

Of course, we didn't missed the promotion. We had the famous nyonya dinner located right next to our hotel and then pampered ourselves with this!

I was a lil disappointed because the drinks we chose didn't turn out to be as great as the one I've tried before. Or was it the workers there were inexperienced? I dunno, but my matcha drink really didn't turn out as expected. Their roasted milk tea and Oolong tea were both awesome as usual. Looking at the pics you would know how healthy we were, no pearls! X)

Last day in Melaka was nothing much cause I wasn't feeling well and brother had toothache. Toothache is the strongest silent pain on earth man. I only experienced once, lucky me. All we wanted was home, home and homeeee! Finally suffered through last convention day and we finally got back home at 7pm. All I know was, I gotta work the next day, dammit.

Yaay, finally pulled myself to do some updates. Right now my hands are feeling so effing dry due to the sabun I used in restaurant earlier night. Sometimes helping out them on a little bit of closing work before I go off gave me satisfaction. It just felt like mission completed. Other times of the day, erm no.. sometimes I really feel like throwing f word at them mindless people. But, the boyf is always there for me after my tiring work and this never fail to wash off the bad side of the day.

P/S: Taking another 3 days off to PG this weekend! :'D
