![]() It seems that my body is confused by its internal system. So confused that I've been waiting, waiting, waiting.... Then, I've constipation problems too. Ergh, very annoying! It's like ure taking in everything and not pooping them out. They stay inside the body and turns into toxic slowly. Hence, making my tummy rounder and wider too. One fine day when u finally visit the toilet and release everything, it will like a bomb, stinks till death. Seriously, I've been so worried and frustrated over such problems. I guess the last option is to visit the doctor and take up some chinese black liquid to get my body back to its normal system .___. Before that, I'm gonna take up few steps myself as below ;) ![]() ![]() ![]() Here's the thing bout it. People tend to take fibre negatively because it reminds of the suffering washing-machine-twist in the stomach that makes u visit toilet and poop everything in brownish fluid. I have a super round tummy with 2 layer of tyres when I was 12! And then I got into high school and I wanted to look slim like other pretty girls. So, various brands of fibres that my mum bought I'm the only one willing to finish them at home. Yes, those are the one that would wake me up in the middle of the night and sit at the toilet bowl with eyes remain closed. Worst still, the 'brown watery poop' takes time. The first twist, nothing happens. Second twist, if I'm lucky I'll get to settle everything by then. Else, I'll have to wait till the third twist. Hence, I only take them during weekends, I dunwan that to happen during school time. Despite the killing progress, again I was very willing to take them because I wanted my tummy to go flat after the shits are out. Until last year, I knew that such twisting fibres actually hurts the intestinal wall of our body. Fibres are meant to provide a huge kilograms of vitamins from veges and fruits that human possibly not able to take in per day. Rich fibres in the body will naturally brings to smoother toilet business. Hence, we get healthier and so on so forth. One last tip, we can roughly get to know bout our body simply through examining our faeces. Floating ones indicating the body has enough fibres; while sinking onces indicating lack of fibres in the body. So what are you waiting for? ;)
